Vegan Brownies

• 2 mashed bananas
• 1?2 cup sugar
• 1?3 cup broken walnuts
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3?4 cup unbleached white flour
• 1?3 cup cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1?2 cup vegan-friendly dark-chocolate chips
• 1?2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1?2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Oil an 8x8 baking pan.
Mix mashed bananas, sugar, and vanilla together.
In another bowl, whisk cocoa, baking soda, flour, and salt.
Combine the two bowls and mix well.
Mix in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Spread into the baking pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
